I need a job.

Not your ordinary run of the mill retail job, or secretarial job, or office job (well, depends on the office job) but a good job. A fun job.

I need a job that allows me to be, where the hours are flexible, where I'm happy, where my creativity is allowed to shine through and is actually looked at, is actually worth something, not something bound by the strict laws of merchandising, and color-coordination.

I need a job where I can BE something. Where I can move around, not stand behind a desk all day, saying "is there anything else you need? have you checked out our sale on ?"

Not that there's anything really WRONG with the people that do that..i mean..we need people to do those jobs...but..its really not for me. It's boring. It doesn't challenge me, or help me grow.

I need something that allows me to enjoy life to the fullest, allows me to spread my wings and fly freely and use my mind, and my body, to create something, or to do something that matters.

I need a job where i'm happy to start my shift every day, where I'm still somewhat relaxed when I come home. Where I come home with a sense of accomplishment. It doesnt have to be every day, I'd be fine with every week, every month. I dont want to come home frustrated with the stupidity of people, or the inability of people to understand what I say.

Where I can actually WORK on something and be mostly uninterrupted, and get it finished, and be allowed to be a perfectionist about things, where I can fix a certain detail until it is as good as it can be. Where I can concentrate on something.

A job where I can be outside in the summer when it's sunny and warm, or be inside in the winter, comfortable and happy.

I need something i can do NOW, not 5 years from now, or 10 years from now, something that I can do with the skills that I have and that can help me ADVANCE them, hone them, make them better.

I need a job with friendly oddball people like me. I am friendly (seriously, i am) when I am in the right environment, surrounded by people that are artistic, and also friendly, and open-minded.

I need a job where change is something good, and something constant. Maybe a job creating techno (DJ programs ftw), or something. SOMETHING I CAN ENJOY FOR GODS SAKE!
